By purchasing any product or service from Legal Nurse Consult ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Nature of Services

Legal Nurse Consult provides clinical insight services from licensed nurses. Our services are intended solely to assist individuals in better understanding medical events through a nursing lens.

We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or participate in litigation. No content, document, report, or communication from Legal Nurse Consult should be interpreted as legal advice or used as a substitute for professional legal counsel.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Use the information provided for personal educational purposes only.

• Refrain from presenting Legal Nurse Consult materials as legal proof, legal testimony, or expert witness documentation.

• Provide accurate and complete information during the intake process.

• Communicate respectfully and maintain professional boundaries.

3. Turnaround Times

• Case Vitals Check – Lite: Delivered within 3 business days from receipt of complete intake and payment.

• Case Vitals Check – Pro: Delivered within 5 business days from receipt of complete intake, payment, and documents.

Turnaround times may be delayed due to incomplete submissions, excessive page volumes, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you in such cases.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion under the following conditions:

• You cancel before your intake is submitted.

• Your case is deemed outside the scope of our services.

• You demonstrate respectful communication and your request is reasonable.

Refunds will not be issued after a report has been delivered. Clients who misuse our services, display abusive behavior, or attempt to involve us in legal conflict will be immediately refunded and banned from future service.

5. Use of Reports

Our reports are:

• For private informational use only

• Not designed for courtroom use, legal submission, or litigation preparation

• Protected by copyright and may not be redistributed or edited without written permission

6. Confidentiality

We treat your information with respect and confidentiality. Any documents, personal health information, or intake responses submitted will be used solely for the purpose of your case screening. We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legal Nurse Consult shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our services or content.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions and actions. Our role is purely educational and consultative from a medical perspective.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
